Why outcome pricing instead of hourly?: Hourly billing rewards length, not impact. We price Workforce to the FTE-equivalent capacity we automate, plus a gainshare on measured upside — so our incentive matches yours.
How do the Workforce Build and Managed options differ?: Build is a one-time fee — from $25K per agent — to design, integrate, and deploy a digital employee that you own and run yourself. Managed is $2,500 setup per agent + 20% of the FTE-equivalent capacity automated per month + 10% gainshare on measured upside above the contracted baseline; we operate it for you. Most customers start with one role under either model and a contracted baseline before expanding.
What's not included?: We don't sell licenses for third-party tools. If your engagement requires Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM API access, those are passed through at cost.
Can you customize pricing for PE portfolios?: For 3+ portfolio companies we offer fleet pricing with shared infrastructure — a flat 20% reduction vs. single-customer rates under a fund-level MSA. See the Private Equity page for the full portfolio engagement model.
